Talent Attraction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research to identify talent pools and organizational structures
• Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to connect with passive talent
• Provide market intelligence on talent movement and employer brand perceptions
• Craft personalized outreach in partnership with the corporate branding team
• Represent Scout Motors at recruiting events, conferences, and networking groups
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters and business leaders
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, outreach performance, and conversion rates

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
• Experience building pipelines for high-volume or field-based roles
• Strategic mindset for sourcing sales, marketing, manufacturing, or engineering roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work 4-5 days per week in the office in Charlotte, NC
