About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research to identify talent pools and organizational structures
- Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to connect with passive talent
- Provide market intelligence on talent movement and employer brand perceptions
- Craft personalized outreach in partnership with the corporate branding team
- Represent Scout Motors at recruiting events, conferences, and networking groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiters and business leaders
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, outreach performance, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
- Experience building pipelines for high-volume or field-based roles
- Strategic mindset for sourcing sales, marketing, manufacturing, or engineering roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work 4-5 days per week in the office in Charlotte, NC
