About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to identify requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Identify appropriate sourcing strategies including posting, active searching, and talent pipeline development
- Perform candidate screening and initial contact to guide them through the selection process
- Continuously improve the candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies
- Meet key performance metrics regarding timeliness, accuracy, and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international company or shared services HR function
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in an additional language (French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Italian, or Dutch preferred)
- Experience using ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors
- Results-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
