Talent Attraction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to identify requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Identify appropriate sourcing strategies including posting, active searching, and talent pipeline development
• Perform candidate screening and initial contact to guide them through the selection process
• Continuously improve the candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies
• Meet key performance metrics regarding timeliness, accuracy, and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international company or shared services HR function
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in an additional language (French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Italian, or Dutch preferred)
• Experience using ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors
• Results-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
