Talent Attraction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Talent Attraction teams at a national level to ensure seamless recruitment processes
• Implement and oversee digitalization and continuous improvement projects to drive process efficiency
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop strategies that meet organizational goals
• Ensure strict compliance with established guidelines, policies, and standards within the talent attraction process
• Manage and enhance the candidate experience and employer branding throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proven experience in recruitment design, strategy, and digital transformation projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis
• Advanced skills in Project Management and recruitment strategy design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment tools such as HireVue, SSF, or EMI
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities
