Responsibilities

• Build relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem
• Strengthen the talent brand by partnering with marketing on events
• Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring teams on searches
• Use creative positioning and A/B testing for candidate messaging
• Monitor and optimize recruiting metrics
• Support various team needs beyond the core job description

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of sales, operations, or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in high-accountability environments like startups or fintech
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and builder personas
• Operational excellence in running disciplined searches
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to multiply leverage
