  • Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees
  • Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents
  • Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges
  • Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool

Requirements

  • Proactive mindset and ownership of tasks
  • Ability to sell yourself and FirstMind
  • Genuine interest in helping others make better people decisions
  • Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching
  • Valid UK, US or EU work permit
