Talent Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of talent and creator activity across campaigns, gifting, and social-first activations
• Assist with creator research, outreach, onboarding, and campaign fulfillment
• Coordinate influencers, stylists, and VIPs across shoots, events, and product moments
• Manage gifting and product seeding logistics, including sample requests, shipping, and tracking
• Maintain accurate talent databases, gifting trackers, and recipient records
• Assist with campaign shoot coordination, including briefs, schedules, call sheets, and invoices
• Monitor and track talent activity and reporting across social channels
• Support competitor research and social listening to identify emerging trends

Requirements

• Highly organized and proactive team player
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Awareness of fashion, entertainment, and digital trends
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• Proficiency with trackers, briefs, and reporting materials
