Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to validate, challenge, and shape requirements based on business needs and market realities
• Define ideal candidate personas and capability frameworks across AI, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering
• Design standardized interview guides, competency matrices, and scorecards
• Translate complex technical stacks into high-impact job descriptions
• Own end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior and leadership positions
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence

Requirements

• Expertise in hiring for Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, or Product Engineering
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive hiring
• Deep understanding of talent mapping and proactive sourcing strategies
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Exposure to technology consulting or product organizations
• Experience hiring for companies in Data & AI, Cloud, or Digital Engineering domains
• Prior experience in a strategic TA, Talent Partner, or Talent Architect role
