Talent and Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership programs, talent segmentation models, and succession plans.
• Manage talent evaluation processes and support employee growth in coordination with HRBPs.
• Design and implement upskilling and reskilling initiatives, focusing on digital, technological, and AI capabilities.
• Drive cultural transformation through change management plans and engagement initiatives (onboarding, recognition, and communication).
• Analyze motivation survey results to develop company-wide and area-specific action plans.
• Collaborate with internal communication and other People teams (Compensation, Analytics, Digitalization) to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Postgraduate in HR is a plus).
• 6-8 years of experience in comprehensive talent management within corporate environments.
• Proven experience in cultural transformation or change management projects.
• Experience designing or implementing capability development programs, particularly in digital or technological settings.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, influence, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
