Talent and Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume onsite property operations roles across a multi-state portfolio.
• Partner with Regional Community Supervisors and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and role requirements.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local market outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates for role alignment, service mindset, and culture fit.
• Maintain strong candidate communication to reduce no-shows and improve offer-to-start conversion rates.
• Leverage ATS reporting and recruiting data to monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion.
• Conduct weekly new hire orientation and deliver an engaging onboarding experience.
• Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and market-specific recruiting campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage a large requisition load across multiple locations and markets.
• Strong sourcing skills using various digital platforms and networking strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and drive accountability in the selection process.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting data.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at the Dallas, TX headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or the service industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
