Talent and Learning Management Platform IT Analyst/Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the Avature Applicant Tracking and Onboarding platform from the IT side
• Configure Avature to support recruiting, onboarding, workflow, and business process needs
• Partner with the Workday technical team to support integrations and master data flows
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates, defects, and releases
• Provide guidance to business users on system capabilities and best practices
• Support learning platform initiatives including enhancements and testing

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience working with Workday HCM or Workday integrations
• Understanding of recruiting, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, and business process changes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Avature experience
• Exposure to learning management platforms
• Experience supporting new hire and employee master data integrations
• Experience in a global HR technology environment
• Knowledge of HR data security and access management
