About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Avature Applicant Tracking and Onboarding platform from the IT side
- Configure Avature to support recruiting, onboarding, workflow, and business process needs
- Partner with the Workday technical team to support integrations and master data flows
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates, defects, and releases
- Provide guidance to business users on system capabilities and best practices
- Support learning platform initiatives including enhancements and testing
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working with Workday HCM or Workday integrations
- Understanding of recruiting, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes
- Experience with system configuration, workflows, and business process changes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Avature experience
- Exposure to learning management platforms
- Experience supporting new hire and employee master data integrations
- Experience in a global HR technology environment
- Knowledge of HR data security and access management
