Talent and Culture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate onboarding for new team members including contracts, welcome kits, and equipment logistics
• Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, vacations, or benefits
• Support payroll by collecting and validating data for accuracy
• Draft official documents such as employment letters and contract amendments
• Manage digital employee records and documentation
• Post career opportunities across various platforms and social networks
• Perform initial resume screening and manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage complex calendars
• Conduct professional reference checks and background verifications

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent and Culture coordination or similar HR support role
• Mastery of both French and English (written and spoken)
• High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive files
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities dynamically in a collaborative environment
