Talent and Culture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of Talent & Culture
• Serve as the initial point of contact for team members regarding HR-related inquiries
• Assist in the development and implementation of T&C policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to talent management
• Collaborate in leading, coordinating, and facilitating training and development initiatives
• Manage compliance activities, including tracking Workers Compensation and OSHA requirements
• Contribute to the creation of policies that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Organize and participate in culture-building activities and events

Requirements

• Proven experience providing administrative support in a Talent & Culture or HR setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of training and development principles
• Familiarity with compliance regulations, specifically Workers Compensation and OSHA
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to an inclusive workplace

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
