Talent and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support VOSKER's ambitious growth by providing human-centric HR solutions to business challenges
• Act as a strategic partner to managers, assisting with talent management, skill development, performance, and engagement
• Drive a strong, empowering company culture and create exceptional employee experiences
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development teams to execute HR initiatives
• Manage the annual management cycle and programs that support talent development
• Analyze Talent & Culture indicators to propose innovative solutions for improved efficiency
• Facilitate development meetings and ensure a meaningful onboarding experience for new hires

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or advisory role
• Proven experience in rapid growth, acquisition, or organizational transformation contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and take action
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build authentic connections

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CRHA)
• Experience with psychometric profiling or professional coaching
