Talent and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support VOSKER's ambitious growth by providing human-centric solutions to business challenges.
• Act as a strategic partner to managers, assisting with talent management, skill development, performance, and mobilization.
• Drive a strong, empowering culture by creating exceptional employee experiences.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development teams to execute HR initiatives.
• Manage the annual management cycle and programs that support talent development and company culture.
• Facilitate development meetings and ensure a meaningful onboarding experience for new hires.
• Analyze Talent & Culture metrics to propose innovative solutions for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or advisory role.
• Proven experience in rapid growth, acquisition, or organizational transformation contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and oral) for frequent contact outside of Quebec.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and take decisive action.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build authentic professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CRHA.
• Experience with psychometric profiling or professional coaching.
