Talent and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support VOSKER's ambitious growth by providing human-centric solutions to business challenges
• Act as a strategic partner to managers, assisting with talent management, skill development, performance, and mobilization
• Drive a strong, empowering company culture and create exceptional employee experiences
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development teams to execute HR initiatives
• Manage the annual management cycle and programs that support talent development
• Facilitate development meetings and oversee the onboarding process to ensure high employee engagement
• Analyze Talent & Culture metrics to propose innovative solutions for operational efficiency

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or advisory role
• Proven experience in rapid growth, acquisition, or organizational transformation contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and take decisive action
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build authentic professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CRHA)
• Experience with psychometric profiling or professional coaching
