Talent Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Perform resume searches and utilize staffing/job board resources to fulfill client orders
• Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates
• Match employee skill sets to customer hiring needs
• Assist in business lead development and client retention
• Act as a professional liaison between associates and clients
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business
• Implement marketing programs for sales calls and public relations
• Recruit, train, and coach temporary associates to ensure quality performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Staffing industry experience
• Experience in human resources or the service industry
