About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
- Perform resume searches and utilize staffing/job board resources to fulfill client orders
- Recruit, conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Match employee skill sets to customer hiring needs
- Assist in business lead development and client retention
- Act as a professional liaison between associates and clients
- Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business
- Implement marketing programs for sales calls and public relations
- Recruit, train, and coach temporary associates to ensure quality performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Staffing industry experience
- Experience in human resources or the service industry
