Responsibilities

• Arrange 1:1 feedback sessions and intro calls to help people act on their psychological homefield
• Sell the value of employee insights to improve organisational results
• Coach and guide people to perform at their best by identifying their talents
• Deliver personal development and team workshops to create powerful business results
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand day-to-day challenges
• Enhance FirstMind's learning platforms and materials to ensure client success

Requirements

• Ability to sell yourself and FirstMind
• Genuine interest in helping others make better people decisions
• Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching
