About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary People & Culture Business Partner to senior leaders, providing expert advice on the full employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, capability uplift, and succession planning.
- Support organizational change, including restructures, redeployments, and redundancies, in a legally compliant manner.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for key business groups.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, strategic sourcing, and networking.
- Coach hiring managers on best practice recruitment, selection, and leadership capability.
- Drive engagement initiatives, inclusion, wellbeing, and culture outcomes across the business.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a People & Culture Business Partner.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing diverse client groups.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting organizational change, restructures, or business transformation.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools.
- High level of commercial acumen and the ability to align people initiatives with business outcomes.
- Experience within the financial services industry is advantageous.
