About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Corporate Services and Technology Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure consistent delivery against hiring targets.
- Manage a hybrid workload consisting of approximately 50% team leadership and 50% hands-on full-cycle recruitment.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and Function Heads to shape workforce plans and define role profiles.
- Drive operational excellence through pipeline reviews, requisition prioritization, and maintaining high ATS hygiene standards.
- Provide real-time market intelligence to the business regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor movements.
- Identify team skill gaps and deliver practical coaching on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven people leadership exposure.
- Experience in an in-house corporate environment or executive search.
- Demonstrable track record of hiring talent within Technology (Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, etc.) and Corporate Services (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) functions.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge hiring briefs using market evidence.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and a high standard for data hygiene and process discipline.
- Ability to manage personal requisitions while simultaneously leading a team.
- Fluent English communication skills.
