Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 recruiters across multiple countries, fostering professional growth and engagement.
• Drive Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery for the Transformation of Industry business unit in Europe.
• Oversee executive hiring and ensure alignment between global standards and regional business needs.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and partners to align recruitment with workforce strategy.
• Utilize data insights and analytics to guide decision-making and improve recruitment performance.
• Implement process improvements and change management initiatives to elevate TA function performance.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to promote Siemens Energy as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team, ideally across multiple geographies.
• Extensive expertise in talent acquisition within a global, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering senior and leadership hiring solutions.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics for strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and business culture.
