About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit best-fit personnel to drive company growth and team success
  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive experience for candidates and new hires
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with team members to resolve issues and meet expectations
  • Provide strategic input on sourcing channels and serve as a primary advisor on recruitment strategy
  • Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost operational efficiency
  • Oversee proper documentation of processes and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 3 years of BPO volume recruitment experience (candidates with relevant high-volume recruitment experience in other industries will also be considered)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple schedules and initiatives
  • Willingness to work onsite in Clark
