Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the Talent Acquisition team across assigned sites, providing training on recruitment technology and monitoring its effective use.
• Lead stakeholder management across different regions and negotiate with operations to execute coverage strategies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop necessary strategies to achieve them, ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Monitor headcount to anticipate needs and calculate the resources required to meet operational demands.
• Develop national projects with regional scope focused on increasing the efficiency of mass talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in designing mass recruitment coverage strategies and resource calculation.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating projects with regional scope.
• Proficiency in recruitment management systems (ATS), dashboards, and data analytics.
