About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and manage the technical development of the recruitment team
  • Set KPIs and evaluate team performance to ensure high standards
  • Manage the full onboarding process for all new hires
  • Develop and execute employer branding plans, including campus activities and university relations
  • Organize graduate programs, such as sales programs and summer internships
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manpower planning
  • Oversee recruitment budgets and continuously enhance the selection process
  • Represent the company at various recruitment events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in recruitment
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
