About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and manage the technical development of the recruitment team
- Set KPIs and evaluate team performance to ensure high standards
- Manage the full onboarding process for all new hires
- Develop and execute employer branding plans, including campus activities and university relations
- Organize graduate programs, such as sales programs and summer internships
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manpower planning
- Oversee recruitment budgets and continuously enhance the selection process
- Represent the company at various recruitment events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5–7 years of professional experience in recruitment
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
