About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple business disciplines, from intake through offer.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting systems, processes, and candidate relationship management tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a strong candidate experience and attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting salaried roles, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer goods environment.
- Hands-on experience with internet sourcing, direct sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRM tools.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
