About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of specialty technical searches, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer management.
  • Lead complex, business-critical searches for roles in AI/ML, GenAI, data science, data engineering, software engineering, and life sciences.
  • Develop targeted search strategies using talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing market intelligence and challenging assumptions to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to track funnel metrics, diagnose search bottlenecks, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Engage passive technical talent through highly personalized and credible messaging tailored to specific technical domains.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within professional services, technology, or life sciences.
  • Technical recruiting fluency in high-complexity areas such as AI/ML, data science, advanced analytics, or software/cloud engineering.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, and other open-source signals to identify niche talent.
  • Proven ability to manage a heavy requisition load while maintaining high quality and stakeholder confidence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach hiring managers and drive accountability.
  • Data-oriented mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for specialized roles in statistics, biostatistics, or life sciences consulting.
  • Background in professional services or management consulting environments.
