Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner to business functions, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate assessment, interviewing, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve sourcing, screening, and overall recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records and candidate pipelines within the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including optimizing job postings and participating in career fairs or industry events.
• Assist with employee immigration and work authorization processes as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Practical experience using AI tools in recruiting and HR workflows.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Brea, California.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
