Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
• Use creative sourcing methods via social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates and candidate assessments
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on recruitment trends to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and screening methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
