Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Focus on industry-specific hiring for real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, and leasing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions
• Promote employer branding through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms
• Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition
• 3-5 years of experience specifically within the real estate or construction sector
• Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
