Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Focus on industry-specific hiring for real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, and leasing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions
- Promote employer branding through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms
- Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition
- 3-5 years of experience specifically within the real estate or construction sector
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Indeed
- Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
