Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Focus on industry-specific hiring for real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, and leasing.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing to meet future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
• Enhance employer branding through digital platforms, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• 3-5 years of dedicated experience recruiting within the real estate or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions under tight timelines.
