Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, cloud systems, product management, digital design, and IT roles.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using developer networks, platform-specific communities, and technical databases.
• Partner with engineering and product managers to define technical requirements, evaluation matrices, and interview loops.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by providing transparent guidance through assessments and offers.
• Integrate structured technical screening tools into the Greenhouse recruiting workflow.
• Maintain compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and internal organizational standards.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and techniques to minimize bias.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience (e.g., software developers, cloud architects, or UI/UX designers).
• Ability to screen and vet candidates for modern tech stacks including AWS, Python, JavaScript, React, and mobile development.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse or similar enterprise tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical recruitments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in alternative sourcing via GitHub, StackOverflow, and other open-source communities.
• Experience recruiting within digital media, content streaming, or consumer-facing product environments.
• Knowledge of inclusive sourcing strategies to increase representation in technical fields.
