Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, and seasonal positions
• Support large-scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, and festivals
• Coordinate overseas recruitment and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B)
• Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or entertainment venues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Fluent English (Required)
• Arabic language skills (Highly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting overseas recruitment and candidate mobilization
• Experience with high-volume seasonal recruitment drives
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
