Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding for permanent, temporary, and seasonal roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for luxury hospitality, F&B, and entertainment sectors
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and mass hiring events for seasonal operations and festivals
• Coordinate overseas recruitment, including international candidate screening and mobilization compliance
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to maintain accurate records and build talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to manage manpower planning and workforce mobilization
• Promote employer branding through recruitment marketing and industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Mandatory experience recruiting specifically within the Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B) industries
• Proven experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium entertainment venues
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting overseas recruitment and international candidate deployment
• Experience working within large-scale seasonal workforce projects or major entertainment events
