Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer management
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and direct sourcing
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to present quality shortlists
• Build talent pipelines for niche and critical positions through market mapping
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, laboratory, industrial, or B2B roles is an advantage
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and other job portals
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Malaysia
