About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer management
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and direct sourcing
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to present quality shortlists
- Build talent pipelines for niche and critical positions through market mapping
- Manage recruitment agencies and external partners
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, laboratory, industrial, or B2B roles is an advantage
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and other job portals
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Malaysia
