About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior roles across the UK, US, Netherlands, and UAE
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing engine, including advanced Boolean searches and InMail campaigns
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and set realistic timelines
- Build proactive talent pipelines for clinical, regulatory, pharmacy, software engineering, and operations roles
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure all applicants feel respected and informed
- Maintain ATS discipline by tracking recruitment data, including time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
- Navigate international hiring nuances, including various work authorizations and visa requirements
- Support employer branding efforts through candidate-facing content and recruitment marketing
Requirements
- 4+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with a track record of mid to senior level placements
- Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search and pipeline management
- Proven experience recruiting within a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment
- Experience hiring within health tech, digital health, biotech, pharma, or a similar regulated industry
- Ability to manage multiple international searches across different time zones and compliance norms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with founders and leadership
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring specialized clinical, regulatory, or pharmacy talent
- Experience recruiting technical talent (software engineering, data, product) for regulated environments
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workable, or Ashby
- Experience setting up or scaling a recruitment function from the ground up
