About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively source, pursue, and engage high-performing passive candidates across Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Data/AI disciplines
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, AI-driven platforms, and talent intelligence tools
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for high-priority roles to support global ambitions
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings focused on skill, culture fit, ambition, and alignment with company standards
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to refine role requirements and execute hiring plans
- Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS and track key recruiting metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance employer branding through strategic messaging and community engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preference for HR, Business, Communications, or Psychology)
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, marketing, creative, or high-growth environments
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and poaching passive talent from competitive industries
- Proficiency with AI-driven tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, and remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data/AI, etc.)
- Established networks with universities, industry associations, and professional communities
- Experience using JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics and channel performance
