Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate, sales, and specialist roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and assess cultural and functional fit.
• Leverage social media, talent communities, and modern sourcing tools to build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage job postings to ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labour laws and internal hiring policies.
• Maintain an organized talent database and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within consulting or a fast-paced business environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and job market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
