Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates alongside the CEO
• Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach
• Own the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening
• Manage the Greenhouse ATS: renew and update job postings, optimize job descriptions, and ensure synchronization with FirstMind
• Report to senior recruitment and the CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
• Valid UK work permit
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
• Ownership mindset: be proactive and follow through on commitments
• Desire to get to know people and continuously learn and develop
• No prior recruiting experience needed; training will be provided
