Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer acceptance
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and debrief sessions
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records in the Rippling ATS
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health
• Draft and post compelling job descriptions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Juicebox AI or Gem
• Strong organizational and communication skills
