About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and debrief sessions
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records in the Rippling ATS
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like Juicebox AI or Gem
- Strong organizational and communication skills
