Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned with staffing plans
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate management, interview approaches, and selection decisions
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
• Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized feedback to inform hiring decisions
• Utilize Workday Recruiting for requisition management, candidate communications, and workflow management
• Teach effective interviewing and assessment skills to a diverse range of hiring managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of related human resources experience
• Proficiency with Workday Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and federal/state legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
