About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess applicants and manage candidate data
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines
- Provide analytical recruiting reports and dashboards to leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact to build influential relationships with candidates
- Prepare job postings for LinkedIn, Workday, and university boards, and complete offer initiations for new hires
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in recruitment or a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in positions with increasing managerial responsibilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or an equivalent degree
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview and evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
- Strong understanding of organizational roles and professional networking
