Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess applicants and manage candidate data
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines
• Provide analytical recruiting reports and dashboards to leadership
• Act as the primary point of contact to build influential relationships with candidates
• Prepare job postings for LinkedIn, Workday, and university boards, and complete offer initiations for new hires

Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience in recruitment or a similar role
• At least 2 years of experience in positions with increasing managerial responsibilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management or an equivalent degree
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview and evaluation techniques
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
• Strong understanding of organizational roles and professional networking
