About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain
- Develop and update compelling job descriptions
- Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards
- Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases and social networks
- Screen candidate CVs and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools
- Assess candidate knowledge, skills, interpersonal abilities, and experience
- Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers
Requirements
- Demonstrable work experience as an internal or agency recruiter
- Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews
- Practical experience with selection processes such as telephone interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level minimum)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic
