Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain
• Develop and update compelling job descriptions
• Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards
• Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases and social networks
• Screen candidate CVs and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools
• Assess candidate knowledge, skills, interpersonal abilities, and experience
• Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers

Requirements

• Demonstrable work experience as an internal or agency recruiter
• Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews
• Practical experience with selection processes such as telephone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level minimum)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic
