About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from requirement understanding to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment
- Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics
