Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles from requirement understanding to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open positions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment
• Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics
