Responsibilities
- Contribute recruitment expertise to ensure the hiring of highly qualified, motivated, and diverse colleagues
- Ensure a fast, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Deliver exceptional service to internal clients by being proactive and solution-oriented
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking systems, databases, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand job profiles and recruitment needs
- Plan and conduct kickoff meetings to establish effective recruitment processes
- Create and publish targeted job advertisements in relevant channels
- Actively source candidates using Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks
- Screen and select relevant candidates for client presentation
- Coordinate competency-based interviews with clients
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Practical experience with the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency in using social media, CV databases, and professional networks for recruitment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
