About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and expectations
- Create and publish job advertisements and actively source candidates
- Conduct interviews and ensure a great candidate experience
- Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networks for sourcing
- Maintain accurate tracking systems, databases, and administrative tasks
- Deliver proactive and solution-oriented service to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience with the full recruitment process, including interview techniques
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must already reside in Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol regions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamtailor
