About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and expectations
  • Create and publish job advertisements and actively source candidates
  • Conduct interviews and ensure a great candidate experience
  • Use Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other networks for sourcing
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems, databases, and administrative tasks
  • Deliver proactive and solution-oriented service to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Three to five years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with the full recruitment process, including interview techniques
  • Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment
  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must already reside in Costa Blanca or Costa del Sol regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Teamtailor
