About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize specialized channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and premium job boards to find candidates with specific financial experience
- Partner with Business Heads and HODs to understand hiring forecasts and technical requirements
- Ensure a high-touch, professional recruitment process for the Mass Affluent market
Requirements
- 2-3 years of core recruitment experience specifically within the Mass Affluent segment
- Solid understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS, Insurance, MLDs, Unlisted Products, and Bonds
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
