About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Utilize specialized channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and premium job boards to find candidates with specific financial experience
  • Partner with Business Heads and HODs to understand hiring forecasts and technical requirements
  • Ensure a high-touch, professional recruitment process for the Mass Affluent market

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of core recruitment experience specifically within the Mass Affluent segment
  • Solid understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, AIF, PMS, Insurance, MLDs, Unlisted Products, and Bonds
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
