Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational hiring needs
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting including pre-screening, scheduling, and salary negotiation
• Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas using standard and creative sourcing strategies
• Network via social media, job fairs, and professional events to identify top talent
• Maintain job postings and assist in creating standardized job descriptions
• Coordinate candidate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular follow-ups

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
