Responsibilities

- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hire integration
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Promote employer branding to enhance the company's reputation
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track progress
- Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers during the selection process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the real estate industry
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
