Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, and screening
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
• Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hire integration
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Promote employer branding to enhance the company's reputation
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track progress
• Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers during the selection process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the real estate industry
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
