About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor vacancies and ensure they are filled within Talent Acquisition KPIs
- Screen and classify incoming resumes by specialization and experience
- Communicate with departments and applicants regarding recruitment and probation
- Represent the company at employment fairs and career events
- Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of requisitions with quality talent
- Handle all Talent Acquisition reporting
- Assess organizational structures to support strategic growth
- Develop and update job descriptions and organization charts
- Conduct exit interviews to analyze resignation reasons and improve retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience hiring Tech/IT positions
- Start-up experience preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of interview techniques and screening methods
- Experience using social media marketing for talent attraction
- Strong multitasking, time management, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
