Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Conduct recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of position requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks for roles ranging from entry to senior levels.
• Perform preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication fit.
• Schedule interviews and maintain timely follow-ups with both candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records.
• Drive pre-onboarding communication and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Support niche hiring, campus hiring, and employee engagement events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting Actuaries is highly preferred.
