Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles including sourcing, screening, and offer management
- Proactively map competitor talent and build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including pre-placement talks and on-campus drives
- Act as a brand ambassador to position the company as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate hiring data, trackers, and dashboards for leadership reporting
- Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, including documentation and HRMS updates
- Administer HRMS (Keka) for employee records and policy implementation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and professional HR communications
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and onboarding
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple hiring roles end-to-end
- Strong experience with active sourcing and stakeholder coordination
- Working knowledge of HRMS platforms, preferably Keka
- Excellent communication, presentation, and professional influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert in using recruitment sourcing platforms
